ECA Print Group was founded in Elk Grove, California by Edward Cottman, former sales representative of 2 major computing OEMs Hewlett Packard and Toshiba. Edward decided to create a Copy and Printing Business, that would serve a variety of Industries whose needs for Market recognition, and branding that would allow these businesses to stand out among the crowd of screaming businesses seeking real, genuine promotional tools that'll identify potential sales leads, that would turn into consistent streams of revenues.
